Documents and Requirements for Mainland Company Formation in Dubai, UAE
  1. Passport Copy / Emirates ID of the shareholders, managers including the local sponsor.
  2. Attested and Legalized Power of Attorney required if shareholders are not available in the UAE.
  3. No Objection Certificate from the existing sponsor for the UAE visa holders.
  4. The activity of the company
  5. Trade name of the company
  6. Initial Approval from license authority.
  7. Tenancy contract / Ejari for the office space
  8. Legally translated Memorandum and Articles of Association
  9. Special approvals if required for specific activities.

Documents Required If the Shareholder Is a Foreign Company

  1. Certificate of Registration of the company, duly legalized and attested by the UAE Embassy or Consulate in the country of origin.

  2. Certificate of Good Standing of the company, also legalized and attested by the UAE Embassy or Consulate in the country of origin.

  3. Memorandum and Articles of Association of the foreign company, duly legalized and attested by the UAE Embassy or Consulate in the country of origin.

  4. Bank Reference Letter for the foreign company.

  5. Board Resolution authorizing the establishment of the new company in the UAE, including the appointment of Directors, Managers, and Legal Representatives, duly attested by the UAE Embassy or Consulate in the country of origin.
